Snowy Days in Burlington

I love snowy days.  I love that there is so much to see and do on a day like today.  I plan to get out there and take some of it in!  Yes, it might be a little harder to get where you are going, but that is part of the adventure.  Take your time and enjoy how the snow slows things down. Get outside and enjoy it.

The Festival of lights is still up in Spencer Smith Park and with snow – it is much more magical.  Glen Eden has so much to do on a great snowy day.  You can hike and snow-shoe.  They have downhill skiing and snow-tubing. - Have you ever tried this?  It is a rush!!  It is also a great day to put on the skates and skate outdoors at the City of Burlington’s Discovery Landing Rotary Pond.  It is free and right downtown.  Then afterward, you can reward yourself with a tasty treat from Pane Fresco or Coffee Cultures, or any of the wonderful restaurants we have in Burlington.

Dress warm and get out there!  I love snowy days!  Maybe you will find that you do too!
